Alfredo is a team leader and co-founder of The Luxury Clean. Originally from Cartago, Colombia, Alfredo has worked as a cleaning manager for a number of different competitors in the area before starting his own business. With over a decade of experience in the industry, Alfredo has always wanted to start a cleaning company focused on client-centric practices and the betterment of his employees — and that is the foundation on which The Luxury Clean was built. Whether he is teaching cleaning techniques to our new employees or walking through each property with a client to ensure completeness, Alfredo always has a smile on his face because he loves what he is doing for a living. But when Alfredo is not cleaning homes, he’s usually facetiming his family back home or orchestrating new events for the Boy Scouts of Colombia where he is a founding and active member.
